[shiny] Disabling button "Next" when checkbox "configure" is checked but nothing has been picked

Description

In page "Configure ranking" button "Next" should be disabled when the user check configure but hasn't pick a method yet. It should be enabled again when a method has been selected

Flags to check whether the "Next" button has being activated have been added. Needs to be adapted due to a bug:

  • click on ranking - configurable
  • click on consensus - configurable
  • click on an option for ranking - configurable
  • click on an option for consensus - configurable

Following this order no "Next" button is shown.
