[dash] Add descriptions of ranking methods

Description

On the page "Configure ranking", each ranking method should be described for better understanding.

The Shiny implementation can be checked for reference. There are also some images which can be reused.

Descriptions for each ranking method were added.

The content and images were taken from Shiny implementation.

For mathematical terms, MathJax JavaScript display engine was used.
