In the DCE MR perfusion Datafit View, when generating a fit with the checkbox "Generate debug parameter images" is activated, the following additional maps are generated as sub-nodes in the Data Manager: “stop_condition”, “optimization_time”, “nr_of_interations”:
There are additional debug parameters available for which currently no debug parameter maps are created: “constraint_penalty_ratio”, “last_failed_parameter” and “constraint_failure_ratio”.
In this task it is determined 1) why these additional maps are not shown, 2) which debug parameter maps should be shown. Some might still be present due to historical reasons and could potentially be removed.
Finally, in this task the agreed on selection of debug parameter images will be shown and the checklists will be adapted accordingly.
