Changed the GUI logic of activating/deactivating the logging of the IGTLDevice. This means: 1) Control the logging options completely in the QmitkIGTLDeviceSetupConnectionWidget and not partially in the OpenIGTLinkManager and in the QmitkIGTLDeviceSetupConnectionWidget. 2) Turn off the logging of the IGTLDevice by default. 3) Now classification of logging messages made by: a) logging incoming/outgoing messages in detail (= whole received/sent message), b) logging of short status messages (i.e.: "Received a message", "Send a message").
