-changed Mutexes to itk::FastMutexLock
-A timing issue occures in mitkUSDiPhASImageSource::GetNextRawImage; if we don't make the thread sleep for a milisecond, workbench does nothing and it crashes after a short time
-disabled the Bmode Usage in the Workbench, the saved images contain the BmodeFilter, but displaying it crashes the workbench, presumably because the photoacustic image is corrupted
-made corrections to saving, as width/height is now different when using image/beamformed data
