Added message boxes in Qmitk/QmitkNavigationToolManagementWidget.cpp in methods: OnAddToolSave(), OnMoveToolDown(), OnMoveToolUp(). It is now proofed, if the tool management storage is locked or unlocked. If locked, the message boxes will be shown. This prevents the software crash when editing a tool during tracking.
