Merge branch 'bug-8259-use-ctk-plugin-framework-2'

• bug-8259-use-ctk-plugin-framework-2: Removed obsolete berryRuntimePlugin.h and .cpp Correctly handle data storage paths. Use QDesktopServices::DataLocation to specify the framework storage dir. Remove the plugin framework storage dir if --BlueBerry.clean is given. Added cmd line arg to force the installation of plug-ins.
