Added the plugin of the OpenIGTLink Manager (org.mitk.gui.qt.openigtlink) to the default cmake configuration of the mitkNavigationModules. Whole superbuild process of this new build configuration was successfully tested on a Windows OS (Windows 10, VS 2017, Qt 5.7.1, Cmake 3.8.2).
