3D Interpolation can now be activated at any time. The drawn contour information will always be included.

If 3D interpolation is disabled this will no longer be passed to the segmentation tools.
In this way the edge points of the contours will always be extracted and hence
incorporated for the interpolation if the 3d interpolation will be activated.
