Added new QGroupBox in QmitkMITKIGTTrackingToolboxView for the tool visualization options. Within in the tool visualization options: added two CheckBoxes (Show Tool Projection|Show Tool Axis). These CheckBoxes can be used for displaying the tool projection and the (standard) tool axis during tracking.
