[SEG] Fill/Erase tool does not work due to geometry error

Description

Currently all tools (Fill/Erase/CloseHole) fail with following error: Invalid call of TransferLabelContentAtTimeStep; source image has neither the
same geometry than destination image nor has the source image a sub geometry.

Leading to no manipulation at all.
