After loading pic3d image we created new segmentation. We observed that after deleting segmentation all of its contours, created with the region growing, are not deleted.

Deleted marker nodes
When a segmenation is removed from the data storage and it has markernodes now the markernodes are removed too.
Note: This is currently just working if the segmentation is active!
