This project is used to tag all our bugs and feature requests, that were migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator.
This is a quite old bug (From 2013). If i remember right, it has been already solved by other bugs over time, as also indicated by marcos last comment.
@goetzm: just out of curiosity: this looks like something where a bug + fix is available. Could you share why this is closed 'Wontfix'?

Registering MITK as default application for .mitk is technically possible, but we won't do it as it requires admin rights for installing (that are not always given)

While fixing the task, we decided to let the classes define what is the default and not the configurator (Reason: Now we will get a reader that is equivalent to the class constructor, if we provide an XML with no settings. This seems to be the most natural behavior).

this is annoying. Especially as only the topmost visible image is used as reference image (why not the currently selected image?)

Is still valid.
Depends on excel (e.g. decimal separator).
If this is consistent (MITK uses "." as decimal separator), pasting does work
Works fine for me now.
it's no longer possible to click in the 3D render window while a planar figure is selected, thus no error anymore occurs.
I would propose to use Esc as a deselection trigger.

Drag n drop of mitk scene files works now.
Also stumbled over the double-clicking issue.
I just checked with the current master and the preview color is green. Could you please check whether this issue still occurs on your system?
