Enhance statistics view for 4D support

Description

Right now the histogram and the the statistics table do just display values for a single time step.

Applied patch from Sascha Diatschuk.

Now the image statistics can also handle 4D data. The statistic table shows the
statistical values for all time steps and the histogram plot is updated after
the current timestep has changed.
