Add new non-optional dependencies to mitkDiffusion BUILD_CONFIGURATION

Description

Recently, the HDF5 and Vigra external projects are required by mitkDiffusion, so they also have to be listed in the mitkDiffusion BUILD_CONFIGURATION to provide a no-click Superbuild.
