Currently, a prototype version of the MiniApp is located in

DiffusionCore/cmdapps/DiffusionIVIMFit.cpp

The following is missing:

• the IVIM Fit cannot be selected ( the -f option from input )
• the mask image (-m) is currently not considered during fitting
• the resulting values are not printed out ( one could use the same formatting as in 'Copy Parameters To Clipboard' in the IVIMView )
• add an option to select whether a single fit over the averaged signals from the ROI or the voxel-wise maps should be generated
