There are a lot of labels and they should be wrapped with tr() for QTranslator / Linguist support

I can open some Pull Request which will add tr calls but in future I'd like this to be supported by core MITK developers either

For example tr("Reinit") which will add "Reinit" string to Linguist inside QmitkDataManagerView section and another application can load QTranslator and apply actual translation on that label.
