Support row vectors as well as column vectors for CEST list sampling type

Description

Currently we strip all spaces from the CEST LIST.txt as the examples were always one number per line, but with extra whitespace arround it.

Apparently some will be formated with all offsets in one row separated by spaces or tabs. We should support that.

In the course of this work we might want to loosen the requirement of "CEST_Rev" as indicator of a CEST sequence being present to be case insensitive. It seems it is not as standardized as was implied.
