IGT Tool Manager wrong surface selection during tooltip creation

Description

  • Load Toolstorage with two different tools ( E130-Daten\Navi\TestDataForBugReports\Bug23619)
  • Each tool has its own surface type (e.g. cone and sphere)
  • Select tool with cone surface
  • Edit tooltip: change y-rotation
  • Close dialog without saving
  • Open dialog again

-->wrong tool surface is selected in preview
