Seed possibilities:

  1. Complete Volume
  2. Inside Tractography Mask
  3. Inside Seed Mask
  4. Inside certain labels of multi-label image
  5. Depending on channel of 4D tissue probability image
  6. At mesh vertices

Predefine fiber stubs:

  1. Along mesh normal
  2. Along trajectory of mesh shrinkage (Max's ISMRM abstract)
  3. In direction of closest WM voxel

Accept fiber termination/terminate fibers:

  1. Everywhere
  2. In stop-mask voxels
  3. Inside certain labels of multi-label image
  4. Depending on channel of 4D tissue probability image
  5. At intersection with mesh
