Description

To reproduce:

  • load two images and create a segmentation on each one
  • make sure both images and segmentation are visible (checkboxes checked)
  • change the segmentation combo box to the "wrong" segmentation
  • you will see the message "Please perform a reinit on the segmentation image!"
  • reinit the segmentation image
  • the warning disappears and the tools are enabled

--> we now have a wrong "Patient Image - Segmentation"-pair set in the combo boxes

I get the message "The selected patient image does not match with the selected segmentation!".

As soon as I click on the segmentation to perform a reinit, it is selected, and when it is selected, the segmentation view changes its patient image to the matching one.

Ahh.. then you might have to disable the auto selection mode?

EDIT: However, if the auto selection mode is enabled, you couldn't ensure step 2?

I see. In that case I would close this as Won't fix as it is quite hard to even get to this point. Known issue. 💃
