[image statistics plugin] statistic on 4D segmentation with 4D images does not work

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • load 4D image (e.g. E130-Daten/3M3 Demodaten/Organsegmentierung/DataSet_Lung_4D.pic.gz)
  • create segmentation on one timestep
  • select 4D image and segmentation

Result:

  • MITK throws exception (Dimension 4 is not in (ItkOutputImageType::ImageDimension))

Expected behaviour:

  • checklist says computation of statistic should work

statistics on 3D images work fine.

Tested on Windows 10.
