Caused by erroneous RemoveAllObservers in fiber processing view.

Maybe caused by multilabel segmentation

No crash if segmentation AND multilabel segmentation plugins are disabled

Related to the actions defined in plugin.xml under org.mitk.gui.qt.datamanager.contextMenuActions
If these entries are removed, no crash.
