Wrong icon color in import DICOM dialog

Description

Some icons of the import DICOM dialog show up as green. I assume they were intended to represent the magic color to work with both dark and light theme. Maybe some file format problem?

They need to be themed by either berry::QtStyleManager or QmitkStyleManager.

A few weeks ago I had a quick look into this and I absolutely didn't understand were the icons are actually coming from our side. Would be nice to be fixed for the upcoming release but due to time pressure and priority this probably won't make it.
