Calibrated tool axis not saved

Description

When calibrating a tool using the "IGT Navigation Tool Calibration" plugin, after performing the steps of initialization, tool tip calibration and tool axis calibration, "Save Calibrated Navigation Tool" is clicked.

When loading the calibrated tool, the "Tool Axis" coordinates remain unmodified, showing (0,0,-1).

The same happens when saving the whole tool storage with the previously calibrated tool.

The calibration process was tested on T23587-ImplementConverterForCalibration (mitk) and T24575-CreateUltrasoundCalibrationPlugin (cami-experimental) branches.

Saving of tool axis should work now. @aguilera can you verify that behavior and test the correct application of the tip and axis when tools are loaded?

IGT Navigation Tool Calibration test protocol was tested for both Polhemus and Aurora. In both cases the tool axis calibration is saved correctly, and when loading the calibrated tool storage, both the tool and tool storage are saved and loaded correctly.
