[ModelFit] Functionality to fuse 3D images into a 3D+t image

Description

Some times (like now) it would come handy to at least have a cmdapp to fuse a stack of 3D images into a 3D+t image. E.g. if you have some how "temporal resolved" data that you want to fit with model fit but that is not originally a 3D+t acquesition.

One may asume same geometry for all images and if this is not the case throw an error.
