QmitkIntensityProfileVizualzationWidget does regard the locale correctly on CopyNPaste

Description

If the content of the QmitkIntensityProfileVizualzationWidget is CopyNPasted then floating point values are always stored as locale "C".
This can lead to errors if pasted e.g. into applications with german language settings ("." vs ",").
