When going into the Preferences -> Editors -> Standard Multi Widget and changing the Decoration color of a render window, closing the preference window with "OK" immediately applies this new color to the render window itself, but not to the Image Navigator. There, it is only updated after a render window gets an update (clicking, scrolling, ...).
