[Segmentation] [Erase] Erasing everything of the selected label when clicking on background is surprising

Description

In the checklist it was described as unpleasant surprise for example in the case of a close misclick, even though it could be reverted by pressing undo. It was suggested that this special case could be instead a button in the tool GUI.

See the point and would agree. But I am biased as I never liked the feature ;).
