Volumetric feature calculation limited to voxels with label == 1 in MITK Radiomics
Closed, WontfixPublic

Description

When calculating radiomic features using MITK version MITK-v2021.02 on a bone segmentation, provided as an nii.gz file created with nnUNet, the volumetric features are only being calculated for voxels with a label value of 1. According to the MITK documentation, all voxels with a value greater than or equal to 1 should be treated as masked and included in the calculation. However, the calculation seems to be limited to voxels with label == 1. Manually changing all voxel values greater than or equal to 1 to 1 results in correct volumetric feature calculations. All other calculated features appear to be computed correctly, and remain unaffected after the manual voxel value adjustment. Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.2.

Thanks for the report. We recently removed this functionality from MITK so I would like to close this task as Wontfix if you are fine with the workaround you mentioned?
