Fast Fix for the multiple image memory request calculating the volume from a clipped segmentation. When more than one clipping plane should be used for the volume calculation the mitkHeightFieldSurfaceClipImageFilter uses the output from the parent clipping as input for the next clipping. Now the intermediate result will be cloned and it works fine. The image memory allocation time is not noticeable.
