Apply theme to view icons

If a view icon is in SVG format, replace the magic color #00ff00 (green)
with a themed icon color. The icon color is parsed from the current
application stylesheet (iconColor [= or :] #aabbcc). If no icon color
is found, #000000 (black) is the default.
