Remove multi widget decoration manager duplicate

Summary:
This fixes hiding the logo when taking high-res screenshots, as the correct logo annotation/micro service is addressed.

Fixes T26934.

Test Plan: Take a high-res screenshot of the 3-d render window with the Screenshot Maker. The screenshot should not be covered by logos anymore.
