BREAKING: Introduced TransferLabelContentAtTimeStep
Why: old TransferLabelContent only allowed to transfer for one time step.
It is also needed some times to transfer all time step at once.
How to adapt: If you not set time step so far (and don't care if in case
of dynamic images everything is transfered), nothing to do. In all other cases
replace your call with TransferLabelContentAtTimeStep. Be aware that the position
of the time step argument is moved from being the last argument to being the last
none-optional argument.
