Modify parsing for different "ASCCONV BEGIN"

New data does not mark the relevant section simply with
"# ASCCONV BEGIN #" but with something like
"### ASCCONV BEGIN object=MrProtDataImpl@MrProtocolData version=51130001 ..."
so the parsing needs check for different strings.
