Create different display action event handler

Summary:
In order to allow multi widget specific navigation, different display action event handler are created and used inside the different multi widgets.
This allows to have a different set of action events for the std multi widget and the synchronized and de-synchronized mode of the mxn multi widget.

Test Plan: Compared the interaction behavior with the usual std multi widget interaction behavior.
