Add option to change the crosshair gap size

This was already implemented for the QmitkStdMultiWidget by setting
the "Crosshair.Gap Size" property of a plane geometry node.
In order to make the functionality consistent for both the
QmitkStdMultiWidget and the QmitkMxnMultiWidget, an abstract
function is introduced.
