Port all Diffusion views to inherit QmitkAbstractView

Description

All diffusion views need to be ported to inherit the QmitkAbstractView.

By that we also need to pay attention to the states of the views. As of now none of the views is destroyed during a single application run after being opened once. This leads to an unnecessary execution of OnSelectionChanged in EACH of the already opened views.
