"Save Project" always opens the install root directory instead of pointing to the directory from where the project or data was opened. Probably not really a bug but quite anoying (Screenshot attached). Confirmed on both Linux and Windows.

This bug could not be fixed within the 2013-06 release and has medium severity. Setting target milestone to unspecified.

Thanks for the suggestion. The save project dialogue remembers the last location used for saving.
When opening data, the location used for opening could be set as the default location for the next "save" dialogue invocation. However, people might expect different default locations, depending on their workflow (e.g. either last used "save location" or last used "open location"). Hence I would mark this bug as a feature and wont fix.
