Hovering state of PlanarFigure has confusing behavior

Description

If a PlanarFigure is not selected in the DataManager and you hover the mouse cursor over it the figure changes its color. One would assume that now a interaction is possible but it is not. Interaction is currently only possible if the figure is selected in the DataManager.

There are two possible solutions: Make the PlanarFigure pickable by clicking on it in the render window or disable the color change when hovered.
