Otsu Threshold seems to have no effect

Description

When using Otsu segmentation, I only recieved two colored fields, regardless of the number entered in the dialog.

Tested on Mac and Windows.

Unsure of severity, please advise

This bug could not be fixed within the 2013-06 release and has medium severity. Setting target milestone to unspecified.

What is the status of this bug? Maybe it is fixed with the redesign. Please check that.

I used the data from the test protocol of the Otsu segmentation for this.

With the redesign of the segmentation tools and the new Otsu3DTool the problem is solved.
