To reproduce:

1. Load arbitrary image
2. activate Measurement Bundle
3. Draw Line (or other figure)
4. scroll to different layer (Figure now invisible)
5. Click Line in Datamanger (Jumps back to figure)
6. Scroll to different layer (Figure now invisible)
7. Click Line in Datamanager (Nothing happens, as line is already selected)

This is a user experience issue. I suggest that clicking a figure always jumps to it.
