After importing DICOM data to MITK, ALL series are automatically selected - pls change to deselect

Description

After importing DICOM data to MITK, ALL series are selected. If a DICOM folder has 5 sequence examinations, all 5 are selected and are visualized overlayed.

This means, you have to manually deselect all series which can be very annoying if you got alot series.

Alternatively, please add a button to deselect all at once.

Hi Martin,

do you really want to load all series which are inside a folder? Since a while we have the MITK Dicom Editor which provides a more convenient loading of dicom data.

You can also right click on the node your want to display an select "Show only selected nodes". In this way all the other node will be hidden.
