Description

Try to compile current branch of MITK with QT5 and customizing CMake if necessary. Testing if Mac OS X drag-n-drop error* is solved by QT5 and Mac OS X full screen mode is now supported.

bug occurs when starting MITK Workbench and trying directly to drag a file from finder inside the application. The drag-n-drop functionality first works correctly if finder and afterwards the workbench get focused again.
