Camera parameters are not set in the DistanceImageToSurfaceFilter in ToFUtil

Description

In ToFUtil the camera intrinsics are not set into the DistanceImageToSurfaceFilter. This results in uncorrect surfaces of some devices and the surface is not shown correctly in the renderwindow.
