Extend the RegistrationFilter in DiffusionCore

Description

Following features are missing:

  • return last transformation in <some format> ( fixed_matrix? )
    • needed f.e. by the head-motion-correction ( T15848 )
  • allow for multiple interpolators for Resampling
    • by an enum
  • resampling available also without registering
    • method: ResampleImageByLastTransformParameters( mitk::Image::Pointer in) or similar
