3D interpolation still exists after deleting a Segmentation without confirming

Description

  1. Create a new segmentation
  2. Draw a segmentation in two different windows
  3. Activate the 3D interpolation but dont click Confirm !!!
  4. Delete the segmentation and the image

-> The 3D shadow of the interpolation still remains

After creating a new segmentation the shadow disappears.

After creating a new segmentation the shadow disappear.
On doing a global reinit the shadow will appear again!
