Segmentation crashes on reinit on Polygon model

Description

To recreate:

  1. Load ct image
  2. Segment 3 parallel layers (I used brush tool)
  3. Right klick segmentation in Data Manager
  4. Select Create Polygon model
  5. Right click polygon model
  6. Select Reinit
  7. MITK dies

Tested on Win7 x64 and Mac

Could not reproduce on linux (64bit, installer version ee7d4998 )

It seems the problem only occurs if the paint tool stays selected (cursor is bursh shaped) when clicking "reinit"
