Modules View has no documentation

This is only relevant when opening the view via the "Show View" option. If it is opened via the about dialog pressing F1 will do nothing.

As this is only a debug information view which usually does not need to be accessed by the user the fix will be to make it inaccessible from other locations. Providing documentation is not necessary.
