As discussed with you before Christmas, there is an offset after manual segmentation of our EPI images (after applying the Live Wire tool) between the drawn line and the resulting, segmented area.

Unfortunately there is a new bug in 2013.12 that makes the segmentation impossible at all (see http://bugs.mitk.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16772).
